Shipping Policy

We aim to make your shopping experience simple and reliable. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

1. Shipping Areas

• At present, we ship orders across South Africa only.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

• Free Delivery within 10 KM distance from DreamState business offices in Noordhoek, Cape Town.
• PUDO Locker Delivery: R75 (up to 2 kg). Delivery within 3–5 business days. The most economical delivery option. We ship to a locker near your address. You collect your parcel from the locker. PUDO lockers are secure self-service collection points available across South Africa in shopping centres, fuel stations, and other convenient public locations, allowing you to collect conveniently.
• Standard Delivery: R125 (up to 2 kg). Delivery to you door within 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: R230 (up to 2 kg). 1-2 business days.
• Outlying or remote areas may take 1–2 additional days.

4. Tracking

• All deliveries include tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Responsibility

• Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout.
• Once handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related issues.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
• In the rare event of a lost parcel, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we are a small business, we are committed to fairness and transparency.

1. Returns

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, food, or personal care items.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

• If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (with supporting photos where possible).
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If the return is for any other reason (where applicable), you will be responsible for the return courier costs.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exclusions

• Change-of-mind returns are unfortunately not accepted at this stage, as we are a small business managing very limited stock.

6. Legal Note (Consumer Protection Act)

• In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers who purchase goods as a result of direct marketing (e.g., unsolicited phone calls, SMS, or door-to-door sales) are entitled to cancel such purchases within 5 business days of delivery.
• This right does not usually apply to purchases made directly through our website, social media shop, or other self-initiated channels.
